Plurals require apostrophes at Paratha Junction
This is the worst, most horrifying conglomeration of abused apostrophes I’ve ever seen!
This is a sign on the sidewalk outside of Paratha Junction on Newark Ave. in Jersey City, NJ. It is prominent and hard to miss in India Square (a very busy section of Jersey City, very Bombay-like).

Wrapp’s Panini’s
This store has now closed, though sadly not due to its inability to punctuate. You can see the word “panini’s” on the canopy, a term that tortured me every time I walked past it, given that “panini” is already plural, for Pete’s sake.
This was in the neighborhood near Columbia University, but the pedagogical influence of the academy clearly had no effect.
